How do I send something back?

If, for whatever reason you need to return any items, please email info@oxbowshop.co.uk or call 0203 137 0039 to obtain a returns number so we can keep track of what is coming back. Anything that is sent back must have a returns number.

All items can be returned for a full refund (excluding postage) within 14 days of delivery to the customers address. Products must be returned in the original packaging with any tags still attached, in a resalable condition and the item unsoiled. Although every order is double checked before being sent, if there should prove to be a fault with an item it will be refunded including return postage if they are received back within 28 days of purchase.

Swimwear/Underwear

Please make sure that when trying on underwear & swimwear etc you do so over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

When sending items back, for your own benefit we recommend that parcels are send via a recorded delivery service. We have no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in return transit.
